I downloaded the momento program and it was absolutely perfect for what I wanted except one thing.... When using a multiple monitor setup and want the notes to reappear from being hidden the notes on one of the monitors are repositioned to the center of the other monitor rather than their original places.
Other than that perfect.

nvm, it was the nvidia software forcing it there.
