There's no user interface to do this, but if you really want to do it you can use RegEdit (the Registry Editor) to delete the FastFind search history from the registry.
You need to delete this key and all its values:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Guys With Towels\FastFind\UI\SearchPattern
If you're not familiar with RegEdit, I would avoid to be honest - there's too much potential for screwing up your system.
